The staff was helpful in answering our enquiries and always available if we needed them. The location was also great — very close to the main tourist attractions and the tram line. The room, while small, was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was of a good quality and all the facilities worked as expected.

I have booked this hotel for my sister and my brother-in-law and all feedback below is from them: "Ideal location with 6 minutes walking distance to Hagia Sofia and 10 minutes walking to Sultan Ahmed mosque, friendly and helpful staff, good value for money in Istanbul".

Staff was very cooperative. And location is also.. hardly 10 minutes walk for tram and 15-18min walk for blue mosque

I booked this place for my mum and aunt. They said: the service, the cleaning staff was friendly, the room was cleaned daily. It wasn't big but it was enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Miklagord was overbooked when we arrived but they kindly offered us a very nice room at Divas hotel, just a few steps away. From our room we enjoyed a spectacular view of the sea. The hotel is located in the city center, you can reach all amenities by foot.

the room is small, nice and comfortable in the historic city centre. We were there a one night and we could get all historical places without time for road. The hotel gives you all stuff for a bathroom and free tea and coffee. The manager can speak in different languages like English, Russia and Turkey.
