The staff was helpful in answering our enquiries and always available if we needed them. The location was also great — very close to the main tourist attractions and the tram line. The room, while small, was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was of a good quality and all the facilities worked as expected.

The hotel gives you all stuff for a bathroom and free tea and coffee. The manager can speak in different languages like English, Russia and Turkey.

Miklagord was overbooked when we arrived but they kindly offered us a very nice room at Divas hotel, just a few steps away. From our room we enjoyed a spectacular view of the sea. The hotel is located in the city center, you can reach all amenities by foot.
